To qualify for an exchange the following conditions must be met: Prior to mailing the product to be exchange back our company you must purchase the "Product Exchange" option. This will cover the shipping fee to ship your new item to the shipping address on file and also the restocking fee. You will also have the option to select the size that is needed.

If you ordered by height and weight, you ordered the right size. Cinchers have about 5 inches space between it (the opening) before closing. It's Not suppose to touch. Then you have to pull it together and I mean really pull. Start with trying to get the first hook. You may have to stand in the mirror. The cincher to your waist is like braces on your teeth. It's forcing the shape so it has to be tight and uncomfortable until you get used to it which takes a few days. Wear it for an hour or two the first week and then move up.
